Return and Refund Policy

At Bliss by Marie, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

📦 Returns

Return period: You have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us if you wish to return an item.

Return conditions:

• Candles must be unused and in their original packaging
• Crystals must be intact
• The item must show no signs of use

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have already been lit or used cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal value. Contact us at contact@blissbymarie.com to arrange an exchange.

📮 Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of error on our part or defective items.
